first off good luck i have a friend that ran for a small team that built there own cars and they were really fastsometimes just not very consistant. late models are very tricky. but i would go to some websites like rockets, or grt, or cjrayborn and try and see what they use, and copy it.

Some maybe at odds with me but use the Rayburn front end. I know for fact Raider & Warrior use it and it seems to me Mastsbuilt has in the past and possibly GRT. Good luck to ya!

try the afco/rpm.net web site for some 4 link info.
for more chassis building info, try the steve smith book by grt's joe garrison.
both of these are a little outdated but no chassis builder is going to give away there current design specs.
another way may be to check out chassis manufacturers web sites and have a look at there parts lists or setup sheets. that should at least let you know their component combination (front suspension arm lengths, 4 bar lengths, j-bar lengths etc.) all you'll need to do then is work out mounting angles/points for roll centres, camber curves, ride heights.
good luck with the project

hey thanx rocket ,i have the joe garrison bookand have read it front to rear i also have the imca blueprint on the front suspension , i have been looking at all the chasiss builder websites at there setup sheets , i also have specs for a 64.5 front track with a 4 inch roll center , i also have a limited late model with a fairlane front clip , i think what i have is a little too much info and im not sure on wich one to use , if i could get someone with a proven chassis to measure the distance of the lower bolts from center to center and overall height of frame from ground ,i think i could do this with a little less hair loss and i dont have much more to lose , thanx steve
