Raise the left side bars up on the chassis. Stiffen the spring on the right front. Raising the left side bars drives the tire under the car to get a bite. Stiffening the spring on the right front will get the weight to transfer to the left rear quicker.

The question is referring to the bar geometry, yes raising the bars (upper and lower if extremely needed)(both sides) will add bite. But springs do not have any effect on weight transfer from corner to corner. A stiffer RF will only make you looser going in, which in-turn on a dry slick track makes you loose off.
