we run mostly in the carolinas where just about all the tracks are clay.some are soft clay like friendship in elkin nc and 311 in madison these tracks we run hossiers #3s in the heats and rarely harder than a #15 in the fearture.the futher south you go the harder the clay is so wenormally just take our harder compounds like #11s or #20 for heats and #35s and #55 for the feartures depending on the lenght of the show, these are for tracks like cherokee, thunder valley and I77. our setups are not that different from track to track.about the only major change we made all year was when we went to brisol back in june.we hot lapped there and and then changed the car basically to a asphalt setup with stiffer shocks and springs so we could hold it wide open all the way around.
