Where do you put your lead? How much? For what track condition? Why there?
At the track I see alot of people put lead in alot of different places, and was wondering why people put it where they do?

So what your saying is now if all of my weight is in front of the rear springs and it is tight, then moving the weight back behind the springs should both increase the rear % and loosen it up, and is this on corner entry?
If so, now what do I do, mount it low for a medium grip type situation?

Just one note on moving ballast....

If you are moving 40 to 50 lbs of lead around in the car, you are making a major change to the handling. If it doesn't, then look for suspension linkages that are bound up.

40 to 50lbs is approximately 2% of a 2250lb race car.
