Did ya see the one in the back of stock car or circle track(cant remember)They raised the roof about 3 windows back an lowered the floor.Totally enclosed.Looked pretty cool to me!

we were thinking building a bus, it was either going to have a tommy lift back door, or it was going to be lowered some, and airbagged with some airbags off a readymix truck, so it would sit on the ground when at the track then raise back up when you leave.
but i bought a topkick that is a tv news sattallite truck that we are turning into a toterhome.

The air bags sounds like a good idea.My father in law rented a u haul truck and it had the air bag system.Dropped it a good 8" or so.I dont think the ones on our semis drop that far.But if set up right could.

we were looking at some the way we were doing it was going to be lower the truck way down then put some air bags on it to lift it, we were going to try some ready mix truck ones, we never did it though, all the redimix trucks had stops on them so that the bags were just like a set of overloades, if you took out the stop could could drop them a little bit. i was just trying to get away from the super tall bus and long ramps.
