I rebuilt this block just recently questions is if it an't broke do you fix it? i have 2 races on engine and it is two bolt block i don't turn about 6500rpms, should i have it spladed? or leave it alone in the off season? how much does it cost to get it spladed? should i run it until i can get aftermarket block?

Sounds like it's good to go for next season. Unless your making a lot of HP and turning more thatn what you are, I think you're stock caps will do fine.

if your not making more than 550hp i dont see a problem with it. just dont forget to do your normal winterizing, back rockers off, run fuel out, and oil cylinders down.
