I just bought this Stewart stage three pump on ebay for 100$ Should I remove the fittings and install plugs or run cooling lines to the heads? Where would you run the lines? My intake is not plumbed, the only place I could run them would be to the heads, would this help or hurt me?

The more water you can move the better.

If i was to offer a idea it would be to run them to the block at the bottom of each side...take the plug out and put a fitting in....will help flow the water around the cyclinders and up threw the heads.

what about running a hose from the rear intake ports and connecting it to the thermostat housing or the water pump fitting?

Drill and tap the back ports on the intake. sbc have hot spots in the back area and it sure helps on cooling.

where would be the best place to run them to?the thermostat housing would likely be best so it will be pulled back to the rad?
