ok im tired of playing with this will rap ut to 8,500 sitting in neutral with no miss or hesitation, and under load on the track it dies in turns, then on in the race it wants to die everywhere..

i checked all fuel lines, drained fuel cell filled with fresh fuel, blew all fuel lines out, cut pick up tube to make sure it wasnt sucking the wall in fuel cell, tried another dist, and carb, and no change, even swapped plugs and wires. anyone have this prob, and what did you do to fix it? im thinking power valve or float level but same problems in both carbs...

maybe im just to tired and pizzed to look at it. but any help is greatly appreciated..i need a beer...LOL

It may be the fuel pump You wont use nearly as much fuel under no load as you will under power plus you arent in the throttle as hardf and as long under no load ,i had one that a valve came loose in that acted like this , it was a holley pump

jetting, power valve, intake leak, carb gasket leak. You might even check valve settings. #5 & 7 wires to close?
