Any one know what size the orfice should be in the cam bearing restrictors. My 351 Windsor is wiping out the cam bearings in about 1 hours run time. I run the "speed way" restrictors in my 347 with good results but never measured the size of the restrictor. I am useing flat tappet solid lift cams in both but the restrictors were a different brand. Any other advice on why this thing wipes out the cam bearings would be apriciated. The block is an older mexican casting. All the damage is on the bottom 1/3 of the bearings.

Better yet, don't restrict anything....I never have, and don't see any reason to.
Keep your oil pressure at around 60 pounds, you won't have a problem.

Dosen't this mean that its not geting ENOUGH oil. I have never seen too much oil hurt the cam.
