Hi I am new to the board and was up pretty late last night going through the messages and came across the subject of solid lifter cam with hydraulic lifters.I have a suspition that is what they are doing here and the just flat out pull you off the corner and down the straight.I was wondering if someone could give me some info on this ora phone # or website to research on choosing a combination like this? Thank You

call comp cams they have several hydraulic lifters that are designed to do exactly what you are asking about.(901-795-2400) I doubt that this is the only reason they are pulling you off the corners, the fact that they took the time to research these cams they probably pay attention to all the little details.

if you wore lobes off you must have had it to tight. we got one going on 2 full season now..pulls better than it did with solid lifters, and still has the solid advantages on top end..

I just called Bullet for a cam recommendation. I talked to Bob?. Asked me alot of questions (30 min on phone)and seemed to really care that we figured out the right cam for my motor. Cam is on the way. I'll see how it goes. Race
