I have a new C&S 850 aerosol carb. Works great on upper RPMs. The problem I have is at lower rpms it stumbles. It is the worst when I try to run the bottom of the track or try to control throttle on a slick track. The car is rolling over alot on a 4 link. Is there anything that needs to be changed to the float level? I have talked to C&S and others and cant seem to get it nailed down.
Thanks for any help.

A common characteristic of too large a venturi for slower airflow thru the throat of the carb. The tubular boosters lose their already weak signal at those lower air velocities, even tho those pretty spun aluminum sleeves they use do help bring some signal back to the carb.
Unfortunately, the sympton won't go away unless you use a different venturi-to-throttle bore ratio, or switch to traditional booster venturi in that carb.
We've modified them for racers before and helped it a lot, but that's a very large carb for the typical application in a mod class.
Hope that helps 'splain it some...

Thanks for the resonse, but unfortunately I have to make do with what I have and was looking for a solution to the problem not just the problem. And no I am not going to just sell it and buy something else. It a gas carb and works well on everyother track I have been to.
