hey folkss i've got 3 fifty lap features coming up (same track, same night )
i've got approx 30 minutes between features
my major concern is the oil temp reaching a critical temp, any body else think of something else i should be concerned with?
i reckon i'll do a dump and fill with the oil,but any suggestions are welcomed

valve springs

I think I'd run synthetic and that will lower your oil temp 20-30deg.

Rear gear temp may also be a concern.

use synthetic all around. I wouldnt worry about changing the oil if you start with fresh synthetic, maybe change a filter though.

I'd make sure and clean the radiator between features so you dont overheat it due to dirt and mud blocking airflow.

I couldnt agree more about the synthetic lube all the way around... And ditto to cleaning the radiator out.

On a side note, you may consider rechecking the torque on all critical fasteners like lugnuts after each race.
