ok guys here is the problem.355 chevy,hyd camshaft,every time i adjust the valve they want stay adjusted.the lifters just bleed down fast.what do you guys think.

Install Polly locks if the stock nuts are backing off

if the lifters are old sounds like they are not holding pressure. may be to tight spring pressure to.

polly locks are only 17.00 a set, but you can go to a hardware store, and buy the 3/8-20 lock nuts and they will not back off.we have a friends car been running the same engine for the 4th season. never had to touch the valves..
