Was wondering if people are running power valve block offs or not. I have mine blocked off and went up 10# on the jets. Runs great, idles (1400-1600), full throtle is real good but when I come out of the corner about 3500-4200 it studders until I mash the gas. Jets are 91 front and 94 rear on a 408 CID plugs look good. I can't feal any power loss just hear it real bad. I am changing the rear end gear due to a faliure going down to 6.50 from 7.00 should drop rpm 500 this might help or make worse. Any input will help

your best bet would be to put the power valves back in and rejet accordingly. Basically without the power valves it is tuned for wide open, therefore at part throttle out of the corner you arent getting the correct amount of fuel. Thats where your studder comes from.
