it has a 288296H8 stamped on it under that is a 5-15 then opposite of that 288 number is J5045 and 210043 suppose to be a hydralic race cam

It's an Ultradyne cam. The specs are 288/296 advertised duration, 231/239 duration @.050 lift, .485/.507 lift with 1.5 rockers, and 108 degrees lobe seperation. Ultradyne is now out of business and Lunati (Holley) now owns that particular grind. And yes it is a hydraulic camshaft.
