Help, I am installing a two pass rad in my new car and it does not have a rad cap, so I will be using a pressurized expansion tank. Where do I hook in the large line to the expansion tank? The small line comes of the top of the rad to the top of the expansion tank, but where does the other line go? I am guessing but the pressure side of the water pump (drill and tap into the timing cover water passage)? or can I go to the intake manifold where the bypass hose was? This is a dodge engine.

The large line from the expansion tank goes to the inlet side of the water pump. If you can't find an inlet port, there are "T's"that go in the lower radiator hose.

There is one used for the bypass hose on the waterpump. I will tie it in there. Thanks
