Anyone use a cast crank in a ford stroker motor like a 393 or 408?

have talked to people that do use a 400m crank in a 351w, however you can now buy a brand new cast crank to stroke a 351w for less than $200.oo youll have clost to that in machine work to an old one, the front snout needs machining to make it work

I have ran a Eagle cast crank in my ford 347 for about 4 yrs now. My main webbing broke in block this year causing my crank to bend. I just ordered a new one for $175. If you have any other question....send a PM, I'll talk ford with you all day long. Oh yeah I was turning it about 7300-7500 every Sat. night and most Fridays for 4 yrs.
