i am thinking ot building a new motor, and have pro topline heads already in my shop. i really have liked them. but have heard a dome piston is hard to get for them.
so i was thinking of having heads angle milled and running flat tops.
what would the price tag be on this? no porting or polishing just angle milled and whatever else will be needed to make the heads work.(i dont know a whole lot about heads).
also how much for a good port/polish?
thanks
jason

I paid salina engines $1100 for a full port job on my iron eagles, and that included a complete valve job and cutting the spring pockets for a 1.650" spring.

the 215cc iron eagles flowed 302cfm after they where done.

I run a dome with my pro heads(64 cc) the only real problem was making sure the plug didnt hit.
