What is all involved in swapping from 1.5 to 1.6 ratio rocker arms on my hobby stock motor and is it worth it?

Unbolting the old ones and putting on the new ones... sometimes you have to enlarge the pushrod slot....
Make sure your springs can handle more lift, and that your cam calls for 1.6's
Do it on the intake only, make sure that your not over .575 lift though or you'll start breaking springs and rocker studs

You didn't say what your are working on. Depending on the head and cam, It may not make a difference in flow. Say you heads quite flowing at .500 and you take it to a .550, nothing will be gained.

They are a set of 487 head and I think the cam calls for 1.6 arms. I broke a few rockers last year and was going to put on a new set but didn't know if it would help or not.

will you be running everything the same in the engine just changing the rocker arms?
what are your cam specs? there are some things you can do messing with these.

if you are going from a 1.5 rocker to a 1.6 on a 487 you have to hog out the pushrod slot or it will bind
