I need to know what flywheel to run with a one piece rear main seal i have heard that a 302 ford flywheel is the same weight cause of the weight? I would like to run a manual tranny but dont want the weight of a 30lbs flywheel or the money to turn one down that far it would be nice to be around the 15 to 10 lbs range if possible.

Well we ran a flex plate off a blazer 4.3l 153 tooth. The one peice rear main seal engine has to be externally balanced.I am not sure of the weight of a blazer flywheel as oppose to another one? That is all I can help with. Were not allowed manuals so I dont know much about flywheels.
