At the track we rule at they say we have to run a restrictor plate this year. On a 355 what type of cam will work good. Any help will do.Street stock 3550lb carb is a 750 edlebrock ignition dei msd module and coil.
stock intake headers 461 double hump heads. 202int.160ex rocker arms 1.6 on int 1.5 on ex
110 race fuel. trans t350 3/8 clay hyd. anycam

Call a cam company. They can make them just for restrictor plate engines. They will give you the best cam choice for your application. If they dont know restrictor plate cams call another one there is a lot out there that are good with this stuff.

THat's kind of funny, a restrictor plate with a 750 carb. Why not just go to the 500 carb. A gas 500 carb is very affordable.

That is what i thought when the promoter came up with this stupid rule. I am on the verg of leaving it parked again this year. Next year we have to ryn a crate motor. I know nothing about running with a ristrictor.

Call camcraft (one of the dirt forum sponsers) and talk with Charles. He knows his stuff. I am ordering a custom cam and lifters for our motor for this year from them. For sure he can help you out!
