Does any thing need to be clearenced to run 6inch rods in a standard stroke 350 chev...

No,just make sure the pistons have the correct compression height for 6" rods. The piston pin is in a different location.

some times on large lift cam's the rod's bolt will come in to contact with cam lobe check this but if you have a small base circle cam it may not bee a problem

if there h beam rods yes you will have to clearance for the rod bolts on one side of the block..id use i beam next time..
never had a rod ,cam clearance problem yet
