Try comp cams XE262 or XE268. The XE262 pulls over 17" @ 800 RPM (min per track rules)in a 350 and over 19" @ 1000. It pulls strong to 6000.

I have the same problem but worse. I plan on running 2 tracks, one has a 17" @800 rpm, and the other changed this year to a 425 lift rule. I don't know what I can do to be competitive at both. May be impossible
