I have a couple of sets of them. They are pretty good heads. 202/1.6 with big springs & guide plates.

ok now with that answererd , the class that i run calls for max valve sizes of 1.94 - 1.50 , and I know for a fact that several engine builders that build for this class use new 492 castings ? Is there a way to run valves that size in these heads ?

It's a very simple procedure to install valve seats that would fit a smaller valve. The usual practice is from 1.94-2.02, but it's no big deal to go from 2.02-1.94

Putting in smaller seats is going to restrict the factory runner on the backside of the valve. I can't see how this would be good. I am with Okie11m.
If you run 1.94 with a 30 degree cut instead on the std 45 degree on a 3 angle valve job it flows more with the 1.94 @ 30 than the 2.02 @ 45 at low lift.
