I haven't seen it yet, but my nephew says I have a small crack in he middle of the oil pan on my little Honda 250. It leaks just enough to be messy. Will JB Weld or that aluminum boat repair stuff work?
Thanks,
Stan

I have never seen an oil pan on a quad, so I am assuming you are talking about the bottom of the cases. I would not use the JB or other. Yeah, it might work but it certainly wont hold for too long and will just need to be repaired again later. Save yourself some frustration and have it heli-arced or tig welded. The cases are made of some crap metal so they need to be treated differently than just plain metals. Good luck...
