Shorty bar on the pinion and some lead should do the trick.

move the LR to behind axle and put the short panhard bar on and raise rear C of G. and put as much bar angles in as you can.

Raise your roll center (panard bar way down on both ends) Soften RR spring, Raise your LR trailing arm to the top hole and put the spring in front of the housing (LR). Then...hope you start on the pole cause she won't wanta turn so good...

The whole secret to 3 wheeling is getting the roll steer correct. If done properly it does not cripple the car. It does make it more difficult to drive in traffic because you have to drive the car harder. The good guys run completely different grooves using this method and drive by all the catfish on the bottom. It is not for everyone but it can be very effective with an experienced driver.
If you lower you panhard bar, you are lowering the roll center which makes the car react as if it has softer rear springs and allows more body roll.

Ooops, my bad. I guess I meant "lower" role center. Sorry, hopefully you knew what I meant...
