my question is are they better for circle track racing than a stock center section, also if i found one how much would one of these cost,

ive had several nodulars i usually sell them cus pople think they are worth something, stock ones have allways worked great for me on pavement with a super late model, like around 550 horse with very sticky 10 inch slicks...

i sold mine for whatever i could get usually 100 bare..

Yes they are better naturally because they are stronger, but I've never seen a stock one break because the case failed, it was usually something like the engine locking up instantly.

I do not run the "N" center cetion just because they are to darn heavy!! I have broke a case 1 time but it was one of the caps cracked right were the locking bolt go threw.

sell it to a straight line guy...I run a mod and in 7 years have never had a housing break becuase it was too weak....I usually get enough $ out of the nodulars I sell to buy about 4-6 regular housings at the salvage yards..
