How do oyu know when tuning your car weather you need to change the shocks, springs, satic weights, or rear bar angles? I know what most of these changes do, but when do you use each change because you can fix a tight or loose problem 20 different ways. What is the best way to tell which thing to use to fix which problem?

I have learned thru trial and error. One nite I told myself that I wasnt going to change the shocks, stagger, and J-bar until after we get out of the B-feature, well turns out I should have changed them before we started the B, the car was too loose. The next week, I told my self, and the driver that I would change the shocks, stagger, and J-bar...shouldnt have went that far, car was too tight for the A. Last week, I learned a TON watching the sprint cars that were running w/ us. Went out and won the heat race, and watched the track and the diffrent cars, and realized that the track LOOKED slick, but it was taking rubber, so I didnt touch the car, just corrected the air pressure, we were running 2nd, battling for the lead when we got put in the light pole and tore the whole RF off. But to make a long story short... Trial and error, and also watching the track and the other cars in other classes.
