i have a 225 left rear spring 200 right rear spring on a 2 link and im only getting an inch and a half travel on right rear shock if i put a 175 spring on right rear it lowers my ride height a quarter of an inch do i need to reset my ride height to what is was before or leave it like it is now ? or would you put 200 on left rear and put 175 on right rear ?

You have got to reset your ride height to maintain your previous scale percentages. If you do not reset, you are basically taking about 3 turn out of your weight-jack (more if you have fine threads).

You must set that corner back in order to maintain the same cross. and to feel the effect of just the spring change.
Before you pull it out put a mark on the floor at the center of where the tire meets,
then hook your stagger tape on the lip of the wheel and then run it up and put a peice of tape ot a small dot on the body panel at a random number. make note of it then change the spring, bounce and shake the chassis and the roll it back to the spot on the floor and adjust that corner back to your noted measurement.
on the front you can just measure the shock itself from end to end and use that as your reset point.
