On the left rear of a 4-link suspension. What happens if you lengthen the top bar/bottom bar? shorten the top bar/bottom bar? Indexes more, where does it effect in the corner?

The longer the bars, the less angle you will have when the body rolls compared to a shorter bar. Anytime you shorten the bars, it increases the angle when the body rolls. Also, since the bars are shorter, it increases how quick the angle is applied. With shorter bars, you are going to have more roll steer than longer bars.
