A swingarm/z-link & 4-bar combo isn't a new secret. But it's usually a 4-bar on the LR and a Z-link on the right.

It's a great setup. It's much better than a regular 4-link if the track is a little rough, as it keeps the rear roll steer numbers lower, so the axle isn't bucking and pitching with every bump. In the LM's, Rayburn, Rocket, GRT, and Warrior I know for sure are using it, and I'd bet most of the others are as well. It gives you the drive of the 4-link off the corner and the handling of a Z-link into, and around the middle of the corner. Most of the time you see it with the LR coil on the birdcage behind the axle.

I'm guessing you saw this on the Pierce site?

http://www.bmsmods.com

belleville motorsports modifieds are built with a 4-bar LR and swingarm RR. And hey the 2001 IMCA national points champ drove a BMS mod so they pretty much proved themselves
