What's the best rotor to use with the 74-78 Pinto spindles? I already have 5x5 on my floater so I would like to keep the front the same. Can I redrill the a 75-77 Granada rotor to 5x5?
Thanks, Ken

We run the Granada rotors. You dont have to re drill the rotors, they make a adapter that bolts in the 5x4.5 bolt pattern. It has 5x5 bolt pattern with studs. And whats with the name?

I'm trying to keep away from adaptors, I've heard they are not that strong, plus the ones I've seen are $50+ each. And at that cost I would think it would be best to buy a hiher priced rotor.
To answer your ? about my username, I'm a Chevy guy.

You can drill the rotors to 5" no problem. I think I had to trim the edge of the studs to fit.

First let me say......I try not to mention companies by name so nobody is offended here. Jammin works hard to get Sponsors for this site and to help out all of us racers. So you may want to contact one of them first, such as Day motorsports.......

But, Speedway motors sells a COMPLETE brake kit for the Pinto spindles.....2 NEW rotors, 2 reman calipars, new brake pads, new bearings and seals, along with calipar bolts and bolt on either 5 on 4 1/2 or 5 on 4 3/4 bolt patterns.....all for $239.95 to me that's a very good price for all that stuff.........

part numbers for complete kits
910-31943 is for a 4 3/4 bolt pattern

910-31944 is for the 4 1/2 bolt pattern

They sell every part mentioned above a piece at a time also if you are only looking for brackets, or rotors, or just new bearings....
