Have always ran with a torque arm, this is my first pull bar.
Have a Dirt Works style rubber bushing pullbar. How much degree of angle should there be with 3-link rear?

Big horses on 1/2 mile use long bar 15-20 degrees and a 900-1100 spring. Claimer motor on 1/4 mile use 20-25 degrees and 700-900 spring. The rule of thumb is more torque you need more spring, more gear you need more spring. Measure the travel to make sure you don't coil bind. Hope this helps
