What's a wishbone rear suspension? no I'm not talking about a chicken bone or other food.

A wishbone suspension looks similar to a 4-link. However, the upper bar points down, instead of up, forming a "wishbone". We have had a lot of success with this system.

We set our chassis up to accept both a Wishbone and Z-link on the RR. We run the RR spring on top of the birdcage and use the same upper bar for both the Z-link and wishbone by simply swapping it back and forth.

The wishbone gives you a better range of adjustability, in that you can control the location of the instant center of the 2 bars more closely. This is a tremendous help in controlling the roll steer. There is more to it than this, but just visualize it and I think you will understand how it works.
