Can anyone please send me some pics of their rear suspension ? I am trying to convert my mod from a bar behind the rearend to the front pinion mounted j-bar. The bar that I had to add to the frame is awful close to my coil slider on the left side. I would apriciate some close-ups so I can see if I have something wrong. It seems that my j-bar is too long to fit. It is an AFCO 18”-22” bar with adjustable preload. Please any pics would be helpful. Is there a web site that would have info or pics to help me also? I thought this would be simple to do but for some reason things just don’t fit.

i also need to know what angle the bar should be at. should it be level or angled down or what? right now i can only get it to fit by having the frame mount real high so the bar is at a steep angle down to the pinion mount. this doesnt seem right. can i shorten the bolt that runs through the bar or is this to be left alone? i need to shorten it by 2inches to make it level.
PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!! READY TO CUT THIS CAR IN HALF WITH TORCH IF THINGS DONT GO BETTER.

thanks custom. that is how i thought it should look. but there is no way that i could get my j-bar that level without cutting down some of the threads off of the adjusting bolt where it goes into the heim end. should i have to do that? this is a speedway kit car that i am working on. i bought it from the person who built it but he had it set up for a rear mount. it is a new car that has never been on the track. the frame mount bracket is also adjustable by sliding it up or down. i have the pinion mount end of the j-bar on the lowest hole. if i shorten the adjusting bolt will i still be able to move it up or will this mess me up on that. is it common to have to trim this bolt to make j-bar fit? thanks
