What ya running.I started with a progressive but was getting to much travel so went with a straight 850 and was good.

on a 2 link i run 600-700lb on my torquelink
swingarm i ran a 1000lb

Tip.....on a pullbar, use a lighter spring rate than you plan on using and tighten the preload to the rate desired. If you have access to a spring tester, you should test it at different levels to achieve the desired spring rate and then you can tighten and loosen it up as desired to acquire what you need.
