I am looking for opinions on using a RAM Coupler. What are the pros and cons of using it? How easy is it to set up? Additional parts needed when purchased. How well does it work, any problems with them. Thanks......

Personally I felt the retail price ended any consideration for this part. you can spend 500 on a coupler or 1000 on a better trans.

Don't get me wrong, while some have success with them most people do not. They are tricky to drive and get around the pits and most time the liners go out in them regular. If using one I would recomend starting car in gear most of the time. When it is said and done get the ram triple disc. It will pay for itself in drivability and reliability and won't cost you anymore to set up than coupler. If rules allow Bert or Brinn is the way to go if you are starting from scratch.
