I run a 3 link swing arm car with a short panhard bar on the left and a pull bar. When we set the ride heights, we ended up 300lbs left rear heavy and 55.4% cross. For a very dry-slick 1/2 mile, what do you guys like to run? The car stays pretty straight but I can't get any forward bite off. We run 250 & 200# rear springs in the back with 94 shocks on both sides. We had a 77 shock on top of the rear end but bottomed it out and now we were going to use a 90/10. Up front we have 800 & 700# springs and 76 LF and a 77-2 shock on the RF. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

sounds to me like way to much cross weight 55%.. also way too much left rear 300#. lower your cross weight... and take out some lr. bite.

Your problem is that your running the springs in the rear of the rear end. When the pinion rotates, the springs move away from the chassis, which will unhook the car right from the getgo....

Ooops....one more thing....when the springs rotate away like this...with the heavier spring on the LR....your dynamic crossweight will be much less than your static settings...

i sure hope the rear springs on that swing arm are not rotating, that certainly would create problems. LOL
