billy bob, dirtrace. this is the first post, I,am bilding a mod and I will be useing a 4 link .I think this is the way to go. I will also make it so I can run the right side top bar to the back.Z link . one of my question is what size rear end should i run. I have a 58" rear now but it dos not look like it is wide as it needs to be. I am from NC. and we are trying to get mods. started hear. this is on a metric frame.

a 60" with a pinion offset 2" to the left. +2L -2R, is the best thing we have found. It moves the right rear in and the left out and if you use the correct offset wheels, your tracking stays straight.

YES 60 IS STANDARD ISSUE. I HAVE AN OLD METRIC CHASSIS THAT HAS A 60" REAR. BUT IT HAS THE ALUMINUM SPACERS ON FRONT. IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO RUN THESE I WOULD THINK THAT 2" WOULD MAKE THAT 58 FINE. ANYONE ELSE GOT ANY IDEAS. I'LL DO SOME MEASURING AROUND HERE AND GET BACK.

A 58 INCH IS FINE WITH THE STOCK FRONTEND PIECES. IF YOU USE THE NOVAS LOWERS AND THE PINTO SPINDLES, OR STOCK GM SPINDLES WITH THE NOVA LOWERS YOUR GONNA NEED A 60 INCH REAREND. I WILL SOON HAVE FRONTEND PICS OF MY METRIC CAR UP AT WWW.CUSTOMPERFORMANCE.ORG
I SEVERAL OTHER PICS OF IT NOW FROM VARIOUS ANGLES
