anyone had any luck converting their swing arm car to a 2 link swing arm? i'm tired of chasing the set up every week and the 2 link cars seem to be more consistant.

Well I guess most guys are getting ready to race tonight or if their like me, got rained out and are tinkering with their cars. Be patient, someone will impart some knowledge upon you. Maybe check with Custom Performance, I think thats what their cars are(2 Link) Good luck.

The two link cars will be more consistant in a mod. The swing arm setups are sort of like running a spring on top of the rear or running leaf springs. As far as weights, what you see is what you have, with a 2 link, you can instill some dynamic settings in the rotation of the pinion, where you cant do that as easily with the swing arm. The 2 link is a much better suspension for a mod, in my opinion. I have seen many suspensions that work, but I think overall, the two link is the way to go.
