I'm looking for a good starting point for spring rates to use.My car is on a metric frame. rear is a two link swingarm with a dual spring pullbar.Swingarm length is 17"with the spring mounted in the back hole about 12" from front mount.I run on a semi banked 3/8 mile dirt track.

I used a 900rf, 750lf, 175 rr, 200 lr. Most everyone I ran with ran about the same on the rear but there were alot of different front combinations. This is what felt good on my car.

I'm sorry I did not notice that you said Swingarm. The rates would be different from a regular 2 link or 3 link.
