Evansracing id say the best carb to use would be what the rules state for although the holley 500cfm part # 4412 is a great carb to try.

I run street stock myself and I've always ran a 650 single line. But I've never ran a 350. I ran a 650 single line on a 389 and it worked great. This yr I have a 408 with a holley 750 double pump. but back to your question I'd run a 4 barrell. forget those 2 barrells.....
