We used them for the first time last year. We did'nt have any problems with them and we tightened them as we would the steel ones. I was surprised at the weight it saved. You would'nt think it was a big deal until you hold 20 steel ones in one hand and 20 aluminum ones in the other hand. It makes a difference.

The car I purchased last year had them on. They didn't hold up for long. Yes there is a weight advantage but if your winning with alum. I'd bet you win with steel and you won't be consistently buying lugnuts.

I saw a pic somewhere of titanium lugnuts. Didnt have a price though. Im not going to even guess how much they want for them.
