Has anyone ever tried the Landrum parabolic monoleaf springs for a camaro. They should be quite a bit lighter than multi leafs. I am worried about axle wrap and wheel hop. I talked to landrum and they told me it wouldn't be a problem but I would rather hear it from someone who has tried. Thanks for any help.

They increase forward bite on dry, slick, smooth tracks. Put them on a rough, fast track and they are toast. I like the Landrum "stack" leafs, because you have a quality spring w/o changing them every other week. If money isn't a factor, go for the singles.

I THINK THE POST ABOVE IS OUT OF TOUCH, AND TALKING ABOUT CHRYSLER MONOS.

I HAVE RAN THE PARABOLICS, THE YARE WAY LIGHT IN SPRING RATE COMPARED TO MULTI'S. I HAD 200 -175 MULTIS AND BOUGHT 225-200 PARABOLICS AND THEY WERE WAY WAY SOFT....I HAD TO ADD LEAFS TO GET THEM TO WORK..

ID ORDER THE HEAVIEST PARABOLICS MADE FIRST AND GO LIGHTER LATER IF NEEDED.

THEY ARE REALLY SOLID IN FRONT, NO AXLE WRAP PROBLEMS AT ALL....

I was actually refering to the parabolic springs. Had great luck with them on dry slick tracks. If the track was fast or rough, or happened to take rubber, we had trouble with the springs going away.

I didn't have any trouble with spring rates being off or inconsistant. In fact the rates were very consistant until the track surface damaged the springs.

Thanks for the help guys. I can get a set pretty cheap so I might pick them up and hold on to them till the middle of summer when the track starts getting a little dry. Thanks.
