I have 4" offsets on now on the rear-end. The car handles great, I can fit 5" offsets on the car. Would this help getting a bite off the corner and would it mess my handling up to bad. I was thinking that if I do the LR and RR the same it would not hurt the car too bad handling wise.

Generally rear % is what gets the car off of the corner. By putting 5" offsets on the rear you will simply be making the front track wider. A 4" on the rr and a 3" on the lr will tighten the car all the way around. The reverse will produce the opposite reaction.
A 5" wheel is a VERY shallow dish wheel. How are you measuring the offset?
What is the real goal that you are trying to accomplish? More forward bite, or to tighten the chassis?
