I am helping a friend with spring rates for his Nova. Front coils and rear leafs, Street/hobby stock type class with stock frames (front weight jacks). Car weights 3400lbs with driver. Run a 1/4 mile banked track and a 3/8 mile semi banked. Can someone recommend a set of springs, AFCO's are easy to get here. Right now his set-up is way off. There are more leaves in his rear springs than in a gravel truck!!(slight exageration), but his car is way loose on exit.
