I have an Olds Delta 88 4-door car with a 403 motor and short front springs. I was wondering what would be a good starting point for rear springs. They need to be stock appearing, so that means pigtail for this car. What brands and rates should I use? It's a 1/2 mile high banked track and the car probably weighs 3800 or more. I've been told a 250 LR and 225 RR would be a good place to start. What do you think? Thanks for any help.

i don't think you'll find any stock pigtail type springs like that unless they're aftermarket we used to use rear vega springs and they worked ok but i think even they we're stronger than 200-250 and they don't look stock but you could try them and see what they say
