How many races or years can you expect out of racing springs. I race a 3400 lb. BIG Monte. Bought the car at begining of season, I think they are the stock apearing Tru-Coils. Should I have them checked. They are LF 1000 and RF 1250. The front seems to want to take a dive entering the corners and sometimes bottoms out. My ride hights may be wrong to, don't have my set up sheet with me but I think it's somewhere around 6-6 1/2 on the front. I noticed some other older Monte Carlos sit higher than mine in the front. Thanks for your help!

I change my springs every 2 yrs. I run a 5/1/2x12 in the front and 5x 15 in the rear. my spring rates are lf 1000 rf 1200 lr 250 and rr 200..... I change shocks every year too. I run pro shocks and have tried afco shocks I like the afco's better i also run afco springs. I really aint sure about the ride height. Ride height never crossed my mind. Are your shocks still good I've never had my car bottom out but bounce alot and my shocks were shot. check your shocks before you go buying springs....... I know I didnt help sorry
