I just bought an 83'Camaro from a guy who started a car with it.It is pretty much gutted except the brake booster, does anyone know if the master cylinder will bolt back to the pedal assembly on the firewall without the booster,or am I just wasting time with that setup? My other Camaro has a Howe master cylinder I think it is 6:1 it was on the car when I bought it so I don't really know how the old stuff bolted up. Or do I just need to leave it alone?

if you want to run manual brakes get a master off a late 60 early 70 pick up that will bolt up without a booster

Another question on master cylinder.I've switched to all disc brakes what other changes do you have to make.Do you need to change the proportional block or can you run the lines to aftermarket proportional valve, use the knob type or lever type which is best.thanks for the help.
