I have never bought a rotating assembly from them but Midwest motorsports has some good prices on the Also speedway engineering . I have a midwest cam and have had no problems with any of their other stuff.

It would be tough to be the prices and level of service from a place such as Midwest Motorsports, JR Motorsports, or Speedway Motors.

Thanks hughes and hobby12 !! It is true that the larger warehouse's have some great prices !! They buy there parts in such large quantities , that they are difficult to beat on some prices . But they would be hard pressed to beat me on most things as well , such as JE , SRP , Weisco , Crower , Dart , Callies , Cola , World Products , and most parts in the Federal Mogul line . I'd be happy to quote prices for anyone interested ! But if your just in the market for buying a standard engine combo that is advertised by Mid West , JR Motorsports , or Speedway , there prices are very good and I'm not sure if I could touch them . But hey , I'll give it a shot ! Thanks ,
Steve

Thanks ccb ! I enjoy helping others when I can . I build racing engines for a living , but I also run a dirt late model . So you might say that I stand on both sides of the fence ! From an engine builders stand point , I try to offer what I know so people can have the best parts and combinations they can afford . From the driver/car owner stand point , I understand that we all have a budget , so keeping cost down is always important ! I grew up around racing all my life , so I believe in the old ways , helping fellow racers . It's great to see so many people on this board who still feel the same way I do !! We are all a rare breed , and we should all be sure to help the next guy that's coming along . Thanks again , and if I can help or offer advise , then I will .

Go with hendren's , I raced against him when they were on the west coast and they were hard to beat. Stevie a great shoe too. Most of the time his car was the class of the field.
